Cognitive psychology and mental processes: Language

In the early ages of 1870s, Carl Wernicke first proposed a model regarding this mental process. Language is termed as one of the most important human mind processes. Cognitive psychology also helps to study about this item. In current times, the works on this field like linguistic acquisition and other research works have widely varied. In 1959, Noam Chomsky worked with this topic of language acquisition in details and also proposed “Critique of Behaviorism” regarding linguistic competence and acquisition. This model was worldwide accepted.
